Ross Parke is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur best known for his 17-year tenure as the head of The Good Guys in Geelong, where he transformed the store into one of the most profitable outlets in the national network.

As Chairman of The Good Guys Victoria, Ross was instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture and driving exceptional results across the region.
Following his retail success, Ross transitioned into business advisory and brokerage.

He is now a Broker and Consultant at ROIC Business Group, where he leverages nearly two decades of ownership experience to help other business owners navigate sales, valuations, and strategic exits.  Ross is also involved in the local business community, including roles with the Geelong Chamber of Commerce and Geelong Angels.
